We are currently seeking aHead ofAffiliate to build the department and set up all the processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing a scalable Affiliate Program in alignment with company objectives
- Construct the Affiliate department from the ground up
- Recruit the team with the assistance of the HR department
- Implement all necessary tools and software to optimize workflow efficiency
- Recruit affiliates to enhance traffic acquisition
- Analyze traffic quality
- Generate comprehensive reports for stakeholders including key performance indicators (KPIs) and pertinent metrics
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure the affiliate program remains competitive and effective
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales and product development to align affiliate initiatives with overall business objectives
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for enhancement
- Provide leadership and guidance to the affiliate marketing team setting clear objectives and expectations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
You have:
- 5 years of experience in the affiliate industry minimum 3 years with iGaming
- B2 level of English
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles practices and technologies
- Team management skills at a high level
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions
- Own partners database in the determined industry
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
