Job Description
Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a Business Admin:
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the whole process of service cum maintenance workflow
- Assist in storage management within the factory
- Transportation arrangement between HEB and warehouse
- Case release and retrieval from warehouse.
- Changing of shipping mark
- Receiving Delivery and distribution of parts (Domestic and Export).
- Supervise all stuffing and unstuffing operation
- Update loose parts delivery for local project.
- Monthly update of stock balance.
- Coordination work to all related section and departments.
- Initiate commitment to comply to Environment and Safety Policy
- Carry out consolidation and sorting activities
- Any other duties as assigned by Superior.
- Authorize to carry out forklifting operation.
- Authorize to approve delivery order for the purpose of delivery and distribution
Job Requirements:
- Min Nitec Diploma or Degree in any relevant field with at least 1 year working experience
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 3100 1 Month Completion Bonus
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (8.00AM to 5.00PM)
- Working Location: West
- 1 Year Contract
