Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a Customer Service cum Counter Sales:
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service through various channels including hotline calls emails and inperson interactions.
- Process customer orders using different purchase methods.
- Handle the enrolment of new customers in accordance with established procedures.
- Prepare daily sales reports to ensure accurate recording of payments and stock levels.
- Support merchandise and spare parts procurement as needed.
- Maintain accurate filing and documentation of records.
- Verify invoices against order forms to ensure accurate data entry.
- Address customer inquiries and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Issue products to customers based on confirmed purchases.
- Pack stock items for deliveries or courier services.
- Coordinate with courier service providers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Conduct daily stock counts to maintain accurate inventory records and sufficient stock levels.
- Replenish inventory by placing stock orders as required.
- Receive inspect and organize stock in the warehouse.
- Provide aftersales support including repair services.
- Prepare inventory and related operational reports.
- Perform other adhoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least 3 years of relevant experience in customer service or sales administration.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 1800 with AWS
- Working Location: Paya Lebar
- Working Days: 5.5 days Saturday 11am to 5pm.
- Transport Meal and OT allowance provided
