Job Description
Pediatrix Medical Group seeks a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or experienced Neonatal Physician Assistant to join our busy practice in Winter Haven Womens Hospital. Live the lake lifestyle in sunny central Florida!
NNP Candidates:
PA Candidates:
Board Certified APRN national specialty certification NNP (cannot accept FNP PNP or any other NP certifications)
Minimum of a Master s Degree
2 years of current NNP work experience (not including training or as RN)
Minimum of a Masters Degree
Board Certified through NCCPA
Completion of a Neonatal PA training program is highly preferred
2 years of current PA work experience in NICU (not including training)- Services provided at Winter Haven Womens Hospital which is part of the BayCare Health System
- The hospital is the areas premier health facility dedicated to the unique needs of women and newborns
- 11bed LevelII NICU with 236 annual NICU admissions
- 2physician practice supported by affiliated BayCare practice in Tampa
- 16hour shifts
- Additional hours for additional pay are available
- Licensing and credentialing are provided at no cost
- Not accepting new graduate candidates CURRENT 2 years work experience in NICU (not including RN or training) is required
- Not accepting Locums candidates
- These are permanent positions that may require residency within the immediate local area. Relocation may be required. To be discussed at interview.

- FL license (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED
- 2 years of current work experience as NNP (not including RN or training) REQUIRED
- Clean malpractice/licensing history HIGHLY PREFERRED
- Minimum of a Masters Degree (note completed education level in Additional Submission Requirements) REQUIRED
- Board Certified through NCCPA REQUIRED
- FL license (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED
- Completion of a Neonatal PA training program (note in Additional Submission Details field) HIGHLY PREFERRED
- 2 years of current PA work experience (not including training) in Neonatal ICU (note in Experience field) REQUIRED
- Clean malpractice/licensing history HIGHLY PREFERRED
