JD:
- Working experience & Good knowledge in foundation enterprise Routing Switching and Basic Networking concepts.
- Working experience & Good knowledge on Cisco Router and switches.
- Working experience OR Good knowledge of Viptela SDWAN OR Cisco Meraki SDWAN.
- Minimum 2 years of Enterprise Network troubleshooting experience in customer support (R&S Viptela SDWAN OR Cisco Meraki SDWAN)
- Good written and verbal communications skills ITIL Knowledge desired. CCNA Certification is mandatory.
- Working experience & Good knowledge in foundation enterprise Routing Switching and Basic Networking concepts.
- Working experience & Good knowledge on Cisco Router and switches.
- Working experience OR Good knowledge of Viptela SDWAN OR Cisco Meraki SDWAN.
