Job Description: Cloud Specialist
WeAre Solutions Oy is currently in search of a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Cloud specialist to work on our various client projects. This role requires a versatile skill set with a primary focus on AWS and DevOps. As a Cloud Specialist with a generalist profile you will play a key role in designing maintaining and implementing cloud solutions. You will lead in streamlining software development processes implementing CI/CD pipelines and fostering collaboration for efficient and reliable software releases. Your role extends to optimizing infrastructure practices ensuring consistency and enhancing system monitoring contributing to agile development cycles and robust production environments. WeAre is a major Splunk partner in the Nordics and we are also looking for a candidate who possesses knowledge of Splunk and can help us in optimizing Splunk solutions and enabling our clients to gain valuable insights from their data through advanced analytics. The ability to communicate fluently in Finnish is essential for effective collaboration with our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design scalable and costeffective cloud solutions.
- Implement best practices for cloud architecture and ensure security and compliance standards are met.
- Utilize expertise in AWS services to deploy and manage cloud infrastructure.
- Implement and optimize DevOps processes to streamline development testing and deployment.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide technical guidance.
- Expertise in other enterprise logging or monitoring capabilities (e.g. Grafana)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Cloud Specialist with a focus on AWS and DevOps.
- Familiarity with Splunk and Grafana is highly beneficial.
- Fluent in Finnish with excellent communication skills.
