Business Model Innovation and Transformation:
Objective: There is a need for business model innovation and transformation as a result of diverse business and operating models across the provincial digital health network.

Operating in a Fiscally Constrained Environment:
Objective/Goal: We are operating in a fiscally constrained environment where resources are limited and value for money for information technology data and interoperability products and services are regularly scrutinized.

Modernization of Governance Processes and Ways of Working:
Objective/Goal: Modernization of processes and ways of working as the digital and data landscape continues to evolve at a rapid pace.

Efficiencies and Standardization of Interoperability and Data Capabilities:
Objective/Goal: Efficiencies and standardization of Interoperability capabilities (including processes information and technology) across the network.

Transformation of Interoperability and Data Capabilities:
Objective/Goal: We need to transform our capabilities as we adopt a customercentered digital mindset.

Must haves:

Responsibilities:
The Business Architect will be responsible for supporting the portfolios vision to reimagine healthcare data and interoperability capabilities fostering a more connected healthcare system and promoting a citizencentered digitalfirst mindset. The Business Architect will support the Digital Excellence in Health digital and transformation strategy roadmap and change management working closely with stakeholders and teams to deliver business outcomes across a complex stakeholder landscape. The Business Architect will design business and operating models to achieve its strategic vision and build transformative capabilities.

o and nbsp; and nbsp;Evaluate digital and data services for costeffectiveness and value for money.
o and nbsp; and nbsp;Monitor and report on financial performance and resource utilization to align with budget constraints.

Required Skills:
Minimum 5 years experience as a Business Architect working specifically in the strategic and business domain: 10 Points
Demonstrated experience in leading the development and/or implementation of product level Operating Models including (but not limited to): 20 Points
o Stakeholder engagement and facilitations
o Consensus building and negotiations
o Developing component models in support of Operating Model (e.g. process KPIs service models value streams capability models etc)
o Communications and change management activities
o Implementation of the Operating model
Demonstrated experience leading provincial level transformation initiatives resulting from strategic direction changes. Experience must include (but not limited to): and nbsp;20 points

Knowledge Transfer Details:
