Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative youll be the first point of contact for clients and suppliers seeking assistance with our benefits platform. By ensuring that cases are handled promptly and efficiently youll play a vital role in helping us meet our service goals and deliver exceptional support .
Your tasks will include:
Youll be part of a team of 10 experienced colleagues and report directly to the Manager of Customer Service Operations.
