Job Description
GrowTalent.com is working with a leading BPO company which is looking to recruit for Dutchspeaking Content Moderators to join their their team in Barcelona.
Role: Content Moderator
Location: Barcelona Spain
Work model: onsite
Employment type: full time or part time (weekend shifts).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review and monitor usergenerated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community standards
- Investigate and resolve reported cases of policy violations fraud or inappropriate behavior
- Identify and escalate highrisk issues while maintaining confidentiality and data security
- Provide timely empathetic support to users balancing platform integrity with user satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes and ensure continuous service improvement
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain quality standards.
REQUIREMENTS
- Native/fluent in Dutch both verbal and written. Fluent in English
- Valid work permit for Spain or EU citizenship
- Strong affinity with backoffice operations and content moderation
- Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Exceptional attention to detail efficiency and empathy
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced goaloriented environment
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift system including nights and weekends. Option of part time employment is also avaialble for this role.
