This role places you at the heart of the convergence between Web3 and the creator economy through our innovative Autheo Layer1 blockchain platform with an integrated social platform and the first affinity network WFO (building on Autheo) anextreme sports creator network built on Autheo.

About the Organization
Launch Lends has been under development for over 3.5 years. We are gearing up to launch:
- Autheo: Our Layer1 blockchain with integrated social platform for creators to own expand and monetize their networks.
- WFO:Extreme Sports Affinity Network Built on Autheo to showcase the power of Autheo for affinity network ecosystem launch and growth.
These initiatives are set to transform the creator industryprojected to reach $500 billion by 2027 and theextreme sports market an excitingsports sector with over 400 million active partipants worldwide.
Future Compensation Plans
While this is initially an equityonly role our comprehensive tokenomics plan includes offering tokens to cofounders upon completion of our anticipated public token sale in by this December or January where we plan to introduce salaries for both fulltime and parttime positions.
POSITION: SENIOR LAUNCH ADVISOR LAYER1 BLOCKCHAIN
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Launch Advisor with a powerful network and expertise in coordinating highimpact launch strategies for a Layer1 blockchain ecosystem. This role is critical in ensuring a successful token and node launch through strategic partnerships with exchanges launchpads and Web3 stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with token sales staking and node sales along with a proven track record of securing listings and investment engagement with toptier crypto exchanges launchpads and influential Web3 voices.
Responsibilities:
Exchange and Launchpad Partnerships
- Leverage established relationships with leading crypto exchanges (e.g. Binance Coinbase KuCoin) and launchpads (e.g. Polkastarter DAO Maker TrustSwap) to secure prominent listings maximizing accessibility and liquidity for our token.
- Strategize and execute token sales on exchanges and launchpads coordinating prelaunch positioning audience targeting and comprehensive postlaunch marketing for maximum reach and volume.
- Lead Initial Exchange Offerings (IEOs) Initial DEX Offerings (IDOs) and other launchpad events ensuring each phasefrom presale through market entrydrives visibility and engagement.
Web3 Investment Partnerships
- Utilize a robust Web3 network for investors and strategic partners driving earlystage investment and ecosystem support.
- Execute prelaunch outreach and campaigns that align with key project milestones and bolster credibility within the blockchain community.
Node Sales Program
- Develop and market compelling narratives around node ownership and staking presenting these as highvalue investments to attract both individual and institutional participation.
- Collaborate with product teams to communicate staking benefits and security features positioning node sales and staking as essential elements for network security and participation.
Public Token Sale and Sale Strategy
- Coordinate public sale and fundraising strategies aligned with market conditions to maximize token adoption and secure high visibility in the Layer1 space.
- Lead the launch planning and execution for public token sales collaborating with marketing development and community teams to optimize outreach and ensure smooth operational flows.
Growth and Ecosystem Expansion
- Design highimpact growth strategies focused on ecosystem milestones such as node launches staking enhancements and community rewards ensuring alignment with major product developments.
- Partner with leading KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and influencers to create anticipation and build awareness generating demand among early adopters and potential investors.Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to amplify the projects visibility securing broader brand reach and adoption through a mix of exchange launchpad and influencer partnerships.
- Continuously assess market trends and user data to optimize launch strategies fostering a strong network effect within the ecosystem.
Qualifications:
Extensive Network and Proven Track Record
- Strong established network with crypto exchanges launchpads and DeFi protocols investors with documented success in securing listings facilitating token sales and driving trading volume and liquidity.
- Demonstrated experience with highprofile token launches and securing investment from key players in the blockchain ecosystem.
Experience in Token Sales and Launch Events
- Significant experience coordinating token sales including IEOs IDOs and other launchpad events with a thorough understanding of presale positioning and launchphase marketing.
- Familiarity with tokenomics and staking with the ability to craft investment pitches around node ownership and staking mechanisms.
Launchpad and Web3 Investment Expertise
- Comprehensive knowledge of Web3 launchpads and investment mechanisms including partnerships with venture capital strategic funds and prominent family offices focused on blockchain.
- Established connections with KOLs and crypto influencers capable of leveraging relationships to build brand momentum and attract early adopters.
Marketing and Growth Strategy Expertise
- Proven experience in developing and executing launch strategies that resonate with institutional investors and retail participants emphasizing the projects technology and potential impact.
- Skilled in structuring and deploying datadriven marketing initiatives that maximize project visibility credibility and community engagement.
Project Launch Success
- Documented track record of successful blockchain project launches with evidence of driving visibility and credibility in the Layer1 and Web3 spaces.
- Ability to manage highgrowth launch environments ensuring a seamless process from presale planning through postlaunch analysis and optimization.
