Role Overview:
The Social Media Content Creator will play a key role in building our brand presence on Instagram and TikTok. This position involves crafting and executing content strategies that highlight our cuttingedge technology educate dental practices and share our unique value. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to bring our brand to life through storytelling video production and trendsavvy posts that engage our audience and reflect our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Production: Develop shoot and edit dynamic highquality video content for Instagram and TikTok including Reels Stories and other formats that capture the essence of our brand and product offerings.
• Educational Content: Create informative and helpful content that addresses the needs of dental professionals including product features tips industry insights and behindthescenes glimpses of our work.
• Trend Research & Implementation: Monitor trends within social media and the dental industry using insights to create relevant and timely content that resonates with our audience.
• Engagement & Community Building: Interact with followers by responding to comments and messages fostering a positive and informative brand experience.
• Content Planning & Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to design a content calendar aligned with our broader marketing initiatives and campaign goals.
• Performance Analysis: Track analyze and report on content performance to optimize future posts improve reach and engagement and ensure content aligns with KPIs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience creating impactful and engaging content for Instagram and TikTok with a portfolio showcasing video and social media expertise.
• Strong video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere CapCut or mobilefriendly editing platforms.
• A deep understanding of social media trends algorithms and best practices particularly for Instagram and TikTok.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify technical information for the target audience.
• A proactive collaborative mindset with a knack for innovation and creativity.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the healthcare or dental industry a strong plus
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Instagram Insights TikTok Analytics) and social media scheduling software.
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g. Canva Photoshop) for creating supplementary visuals.
