We have an exciting new opportunity for a skilled comprehensive ophthalmologist or retina specialist in the beautiful waterfront communities of Fort Myers and Punta Gorda FL. This position offers the chance to work with a wellestablished private practice renowned for refractive cataract surgery and conciergelevel patient care. With the base salary ranging from $300400k plus incentives and benefits the predicted potential earnings could reach $500550k in the first year.

Youll have the opportunity to work three days per week in Punta Gorda and two days in Fort Myers enjoying the autonomy to lead regional expansion with strong administrative and clinical support. This position also offers a clear path to partnership and access to cuttingedge cataract surgery technology including femtosecond laser ORA and various intraocular lenses such as LAL. This advanced technology will enhance your practice and provide an exciting opportunity for professional growth.
