Job Description

Description

and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Collaborates with cluster staff project teams clients and other OPS partners / service providers to ensure architecture alignment
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Develops business processes using BPMN leveraging cluster/ministry tools and model repository (e.g. PowerDesigner)
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Identify issues and risks to be managed or addressed and assist the project team or Client to facilitate mitigation
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Arrange and facilitate validation sessions
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Develop/revise business and/or application architecture artefacts according to cluster and corporate guidance
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Leads privacy impact assessment (PIA) and threat risk assessment (TRA) activities in collaboration with cluster staff technical team members and other partners as required; including responding to and/or actioning any risk recommendations or mitigations that may follow
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Researches industry best practices and conducts environmental or jurisdictional scans
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Participate in review and information sharing meetings
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Support Agile Enterprise Architecture delivery during the project
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Develop reference architecture artefacts/models/patterns for to enable shared use for future clients
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Arrange and facilitate Enterprise Architecture (EA) meetings with cluster staff subject matter experts and other stakeholders as required
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Support the process of acquiring cluster and corporate approvals such as Project Gating LRC cluster governance processes corporate architecture governance points (AGP) digital first assessments
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Provide status updates to both the project team and EA unit
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Provide transfer of knowledge and project deliverables to identified cluster staff
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Adhere to all OPS GOITS Standards specifically GOITS 56.0 GOITS 56.1 GOITS 56.3 and others as required
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Revise architectures per action and/or conditions arising from LRCs governance body (Project Gating Review Committee) and Corporate EA Governance review bodies as required
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Utilize reuse and incorporate OPS Reference Architectures into the project architectures
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Ensure alignment with any other related and relevant business materials

Knowledge Transfer Requirements
  • Knowledge transfer is expected to occur throughout the duration of the assignment through regular meetings touchpoints and working sessions with LRC staff
  • All design development artefacts and source code including all relevant and complete documents must be transferred to the ministry in the designated repositories provided
  • Dedicated knowledge transfer sessions will be scheduled to ensure completeness of knowledge transfer and all documentation is shared and allow LRC staff to ask clarification and/or follow up questions
