Job Description

We are seeking a Frenchspeaking Business Developer Representative specializing in Google Products. In this role your primary objective will be to identify and capitalize on robust sales opportunities. You will engage in outbound campaigns profiling potential customers understanding their needs and driving new business initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include fostering better collaboration among businesses promoting agility and fostering innovation. As a vital member of our Business Development team you will initiate contact with numerous businesses actively generating enthusiasm while discerning and qualifying their business requirements. Your goal is to propose suitable solutions and guide them through the appropriate sales channels.

This position involves working towards individual sales quotas within a larger EMEAfocused sales team. You will primarily communicate with customers via outbound calls in a phonebased environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet quarterly SQO (Sales Qualified Opportunity) quotas and achieve daily and weekly activity targets.
  • Manage a designated portfolio to identify highpotential prospects.
  • Educate customers on available offerings.
  • Conduct daily outbound calls and emails including cold calling targeting Clevel decision makers establishing rapport quickly and assessing needs.
  • Identify customer pain points gather technical requirements align business needs with available Cloud solutions and emphasize value in advancing the sales process.
  • Maintain and update prospect and customer data using Salesforce.com ensuring comprehensive documentation of customer interactions.
  • Contribute to team and individual KPIs such as productivity conversion rates opportunities and pipeline growth.
  • Document customer notes and deal specifics systematically to provide clarity on past and present customer interactions.

Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Native proficiency in French; fluent and idiomatic English speaking and writing skills.
  • Some experience in outbound sales B2B sales or business development preferably in the IT industry.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing concepts particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions.
  • Ability to align business needs with appropriate solutions demonstrating strong business acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills integrity and professionalism.
  • Comfortable working under quotas in a phonebased sales environment.
  • Fundamental IT skills necessary for efficient computerbased tasks.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in IT outbound sales prospecting with strong sales acumen and the ability to persuade and assess situations effectively.
  • Experience in cold calling and managing a large portfolio of accounts and contacts successfully.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Ability to identify key decision makers and relevant stakeholders during business conversations.
  • Goaloriented selfmotivated proactive confident competitive and tenacious.
  • Understanding of local market dynamics and business environments.
