About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic LATAM Admin/Project Management Support/Reporting specialist to assist in the management execution and reporting of influencer marketing campaigns for our clients in Mexico and Brazil. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients while also supporting project timelines data reporting and administrative tasks.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Project Management Support:
  • Assist the LATAM team in managing influencer marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate internal resources including creative content and influencer teams to ensure campaign deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Marketing and Client teams to ensure campaign objectives are understood and executed.
  • Track and report on campaign progress flagging potential issues or delays and recommending solutions.
  • Help manage project timelines client meetings and team communications to ensure project success.
• Admin & Operational Support:
  • Handle daytoday administrative tasks related to LATAM operations including meeting coordination document preparation and internal communication.
  • Maintain uptodate records of project documentation contracts and influencer agreements.
  • Assist with the preparation of client reports proposals and presentations.
  • Support in managing internal systems and tools related to project tracking influencer management and campaign performance.
• Reporting & Data Analysis:
  • Generate and maintain regular performance reports for campaigns in Mexico and Brazil.
  • Analyze campaign data including influencer performance metrics engagement rates and ROI.
  • Create clear actionable insights from data to inform future campaign strategies and improve client satisfaction.
  • Support in tracking KPIs and ensuring that campaign goals and objectives are being met.
  • Monitor and analyze regional trends and competitor activity to assist in campaign optimization.
• Client Communication & Support:
  • Serve as a liaison between the LATAM clients (Mexico/Brazil) and internal teams ensuring effective communication and client satisfaction.
  • Assist in managing client relationships helping to address inquiries requests and feedback in a timely manner.
  • Support the LATAM team in managing client expectations and delivering highquality campaigns that meet client goals.

Requirements:

• Experience:

• 23 years of experience in project management administration or marketing support.
• Experience working in digital marketing influencer marketing or the advertising industry is highly desirable.
• Previous experience working with LATAM markets particularly Mexico and Brazil is a significant plus.

• Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word) and Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Drive).
• Experience with project management tools (e.g. Trello Asana Monday.com) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to create datadriven reports and insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced remote environment.
