Job Description

Title: Project Manager (onsite)


Work authorization: any (candidate must be authorized to work in US)
Musthave skills: 3 exp as PM; IT integration exp preferably Human Resources (HR) Automation; ServiceNow Microsoft Power Platform UI Path or other similar automation platforms
Location: Juno Beach FL

Additional information: The candidate should be able to provide an ID if the interview is requested. The candidate interviewing must be the same individual who will be assigned to work with our client.

Requirements:
Availability to work 100% of the time at the Clients site in Juno Beach FL (required);
Experience in project management preferably with a focus on HR and IT integration.
Experience with business processes and ability to quickly learn technical language.
Experience in coordinating complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.

Preferred:
Experience with
monday.com project management software
Experience with ServiceNow Microsoft Power Platform UI Path or other similar automation platforms


Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Lead and manage the HR Automations Program ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders and the HR IT team to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
Conduct detailed process analysis and documentation to support automation initiatives.
Evaluate and recommend the appropriate technical solutions for identified automation opportunities.
Develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets to ensure timely and costeffective delivery.
Facilitate clear and concise communication between HR IT and other relevant stakeholders.
Monitor project progress identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
