- Present and showcase the advantages of our job listing subscriptions to potential employers.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our services to address employer needs and concerns.
- Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with clients fostering repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions sales and leads within our CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with ongoing promotions and campaigns.
- Exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide regular feedback to enhance sales strategies and service offerings.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated sales experience preferably within a commissionbased role.
- Strong passion for job matching and an understanding of recruitment principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in presenting and explaining product features effectively.
- Selfmotivated and determined to achieve and surpass sales objectives.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable using technology including CRM systems and online communication tools.
- Detailoriented and wellorganized with effective time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Previous involvement in HR recruiting or related fields is advantageous.
Compensation:
This role offers a 100% commissionbased compensation structure allowing you to earn based on your sales performance. Your potential earnings are uncapped.
