Job Description

Job Title: Senior Sales Executive
Location: Overland Park KS
  • We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for generating new business leads building and maintaining customer relationships and driving sales growth to achieve revenue targets. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled sales professional to join a dynamic team and contribute to the companys success.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets expand existing customer relationships and increase sales volume
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their requirements
  • Conduct needs assessments product demonstrations and presentations to customers to promote our products or services
  • Negotiate prices terms and conditions to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage sales pipeline track sales performance and provide regular sales reports to management
  • Stay up to date with industry trends competitor activity and market developments to maintain a competitive edge
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing customer success and product development to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer needs and develop effective sales strategies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a strong focus on results and achievement of targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools such as Salesforce.com
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret sales data and identify trends
