Key Responsibilities:Project Coordination:
Manage multiple client projects simultaneously ensuring timelines
deliverables and client expectations are met.
Collaborate with internal teams to define project scope objectives and
schedules.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle
maintaining effective communication and updates.
Track and report project progress risks and changes to relevant stakeholders.
Monitor project budgets and resource utilization ensuring costeffective
execution.
Organize and lead project meetings ensuring clear documentation and action
items.
Business Analysis:
Conduct thorough analysis of client business processes and identify areas for
improvement.
Work with clients to understand business needs and translate them into
actionable requirements.
Provide recommendations to optimize business operations and enhance
service delivery.
Document business processes workflows and key performance indicators
(KPIs).
Develop and implement strategies for continuous process improvement.
Support the Operations Manager in identifying bottlenecks and developing
efficient solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in BSC.IT and BCA Project Management or a related field.
