Job Title: Customer Service Advisor with Dutch (Travel Industry)

About the role
This position is perfect for those who are passionate about travel and love to help others navigate their journeys. As a Customer Service Advisor you will be the goto person for travelers needing assistance with their bookings travel changes and other inquiries. You will play a key role in ensuring that customers travel experiences are smooth and stressfree.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone chat and email (both inbound and outbound).
  • Assist customers with travelrelated issues such as booking changes (time destination personal information).
  • Advise customers and partners on flight details pricing fares rules and online services to support the success of Trip.com.
  • Handle cancellations and process refunds in accordance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team in an international environment.

What you bring:

  • Language Skills: Dutch (C1) and English (B2) proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Technical Proficiency: Good knowledge of MS Office web browsers and general computer skills.
  • People Skills: Positive energy a passion for helping others and great communication skills.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service digital platforms or CRM tools is a plus but not required.

  • Competitive Salary: 9000 PLN gross per month.
  • Employment Terms: Fulltime position with a labor contract (160 hours/month). The initial contract is for a 3month probation period with paid training starting from day one.
