Responsibilities Marketing
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Organizing various projects from conception to completion.
- Write marketing literature (brochures press releases etc.) to augment the company s presence in the market.
- Boost website and social media presence.
- Create content written video posts to exemplify our strong knowledge base and expertise
- Help organize and coordinate marketing events such as conferences webinars and trade shows.
- Prepare and deliver promotional presentations and materials.
- Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
- Communications to target market to encourage hits on our site and questions on our services
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaire
- Advise on marketing methods to increase hits contacts and market share
Responsibilities Admin Support
- Communicate with team members to ensure understanding completion of tasks efficiently to meet objectives.
- Communicate directly with clients to encourage trusting relationships and obtain information.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling correspondence and data entry.
- Assist with creating or formatting documents and forms
- Assist in monitoring period between potential and actual client contacts to follow up inform on where a person is in the intake or preparation process timeline
Highly Regarded Skills and Experience:
Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns.
Social media savvy and experience in social media marketing.
Creativity and commercial awareness.
Experience in a similar remote role.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
