Atom.com is a dynamic and rapidly growing startup revolutionizing the domain industry. We seek a highly motivated Partnership Manager to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring Atom.coms ongoing improvement through collaborative excellence.

Role Overview:
As a Partnership Manager at Atom.com youll spearhead our efforts to build manage and grow key relationships that drive value for our business. You will play a vital role in identifying new partnership opportunities cultivating strong relationships and managing ongoing collaborations. This is a highimpact role with significant growth potential within our startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead our partnership strategy driving success through targeted relationships with key stakeholders and businesses.
  • Identify cultivate and negotiate new partnership opportunities that align with our business goals.
  • Manage existing partnerships to ensure mutual growth and success maintaining strong communication and delivering on partnership objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales marketing product) to ensure partnerships are fully leveraged and integrated into our broader business goals.
  • Analyze partnership performance and provide insights making strategic adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisionmaking.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experiencein managing and growing successful partnership programs ideally within a startup or fastpaced environment.
  • Strongrelationshipbuilding and negotiation skillswith the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Ability toanalyze data and metricsto evaluate partnership performance and make datadriven decisions.
  • Experience working crossfunctionally with internal teams (e.g. sales product marketing) to maximize partnership impact.
  • Startup experienceis highly preferred; an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic fastgrowing company.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work bothindependently and collaboratively adapting to changing priorities.

Job Type: Fulltime

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Partnership Management: 5 years (Required)

Ability to Commute:

  • Hoffman Estates IL 60192 (Required)
