Role Overview:

As our Partnership Manager youll be the driving force behind building managing and growing key relationships that add significant value to our business. Youll identify exciting partnership opportunities cultivate strong relationships and manage ongoing collaborations. This highimpact role offers incredible growth potential in our fastpaced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Charge: Develop and implement our partnership strategy driving success through targeted relationships with key stakeholders and businesses.

  • Spot New Opportunities: Identify cultivate and negotiate new partnerships that align with our ambitious business goals.

  • Nurture Relationships: Manage existing partnerships to ensure mutual growth maintaining strong communication and delivering on partnership objectives.

  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with internal teams (sales marketing product) to fully leverage partnerships and integrate them into our broader business strategies.

  • Analyze & Adjust: Evaluate partnership performance and provide insights making strategic adjustments to enhance outcomes.

  • Stay Ahead of the Game: Keep up with industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform your strategic decisionmaking.

What Were Looking For:

  • Proven experience in managing and growing successful partnership programs ideally in a startup or fastpaced environment.

  • Strong relationshipbuilding and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and metrics to evaluate partnership performance and make informed decisions.

  • Experience collaborating crossfunctionally with internal teams (e.g. sales product marketing) to maximize partnership impact.

  • Startup experience is highly preferred; were looking for an entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in a dynamic fastgrowing company.

  • Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively adapting to changing priorities.
