Job Description
What You ll Do:
Analyze & Optimize: Examine business processes identify areas for improvement and deliver datadriven insights to optimize operations.
Collaborate & Gather: Work closely with stakeholders to gather document and prioritize business requirements for new systems and process changes.
Translate Needs into Action: Develop detailed functional specifications and clearly communicate them to technical teams for seamless implementation.
Monitor Progress: Track project progress ensuring solutions align with business goals and meet stakeholder expectations.
DataDriven Decisions: Conduct indepth data analysis to support decisionmaking and uncover trends risks and growth opportunities.
Requirements
What You Bring:
Education: A Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering Business or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
Experience: Proven expertise in analyzing business processes and solving complex problems particularly in the public transit/transport industry. Familiarity with industryspecific challenges is a plus.
Preferred: Strong analytical skills with a focus on datadriven decisionmaking.
