Job Summary:
The eCommerce Listings Account Manager and Seller Engagement Specialist handles managing the online listings accounts and relationships of our clients on various eCommerce platforms such as Amazon Flipkart etc.
They will handle optimizing listings for maximum visibility and sales managing account settings and reporting and engaging with sellers to foster a positive and productive relationship.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and optimization of listings
Optimize product listings for maximum visibility and sales by using keyword research product titles descriptions bullet points and images
Manage account settings and reports to ensure compliance with eCommerce platform policies and best practices
Respond to seller inquiries and feedback in a prompt and professional manner including inquiries related to product questions order issues and feedback management
Utilize customer service software to track and resolve seller issues
Collaborate with the eCommerce team to develop strategies for improving seller engagement and customer satisfaction
Monitor and track performance metrics such as sales customer feedback and account health and provide recommendations for improvement
Stay up to date with eCommerce platform policies and changes to ensure compliance and optimize performance
Qualifications:
2 years of experience in eCommerce or related field
Proven track record of optimizing product listings for maximum visibility and sales
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in customer service software and managing customer relationships
Strong analytical skills and ability to track and analyze performance metrics
Familiarity with various eCommerce platforms such as Amazon Flipkart Nykaa... etc.
Bachelors degree in a related field such as Marketing Business or eCommerce preferred.
Highly motivated with a resultsoriented approach and the ability to work independently.
Familiarity with Microsoft office suite and CRM software.
