The Role:Uses technical industrial and interpersonal skills to interpret clinical protocols and customer requirements in order to create clinical data management system (CDMS) designs and nonCDMS component specifications (including electronic Case Report Forms (eCRFs) dynamic eCRF functionality and eCRF edit checks) to meet the needs of the customer and the clinical trial.
Responsible for optimal design decisions and the utilization of ICON/client specific standards.
May lead a team of subject matter experts and supervise individuals with assistance from functional management.To be successful in the role you will have:
Previous experience in a similar position.- Problem Solving:Analyze and investigate complex related problems to identify and define solutions.
- Proactive Thinking:Anticipate future issues and challenges.Leadership:Lead the designed aspects of system and process improvements within the SME role.
- Strategic Impact:Guide teams to achieve mediumterm operational and strategic goals.
- Communication:Strong written oral and presentation skills; excellent crossteam communication.
- Client Management:Strong client relationship management skills with the potential for further development.
