Job Description
GrowTalent.com on behalf of our client is seeking to onboard a Hebrew and Englishspeaking Advisor to join their teams in Budapest.
Position: Advisor (Hebrew and English)
Location: Budapest Hungary
Work model: Onsite
Employment type: Fulltime
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond promptly and effectively to all customer inquiries within established timelines
- Build and maintain comprehensive technical knowledge of the clients products and services
- Manage incoming correspondence as requested
- Accurately record all calls in accordance with procedures
- Maintain administrative forms updated and organized
- Identify when a complex problem or inquiry needs to be escalated
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native / fluent in Hebrew both verbal and written. C1 Level of English
- Friendly and positive team player
- Serviceoriented and great interpersonal skills
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills
- Flexible and able to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment
- Conscientious and reliable
- Strong Attention to detail
- Empathic with genuine desire to help
