GrowTalent.com is working with Top Workplace tech business outsourcing company that is looking to hire a German speaking Digital Marketing Specialist for a USbased social media platform client. As a Senior Account Strategist you will be responsible for assisting Client Account Managers in your designated vertical and region to meet clients advertising objectives and grow revenue through a combination of performancedriven and awarenessdriven campaigns.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in prelaunch activities including but not limited to communicating asset requirements generating insertion orders (IO) obtaining Deal Desk approvals
- Collaborate with teams to gather assets set up campaigns and provide clientready launch reports or screenshot decks as proof of concept
- Monitor and track campaign performance on a daily weekly and monthly basis
- Provide ongoing performance updates to Client Account Managers and clients
- Make proactive recommendations to ensure performance goals are met
- Perform handson campaign optimization on a daily and weekly basis
- Extract and analyze data to create actionable insights that help drive client success
- Prepare polished advertiserready wrapup reports and quarterly business reviews
- Offer direct client support and expertise via multiple communication channels
- Lead weekly or biweekly client calls capture action items and ensure followthrough
- Assist advertisers with troubleshooting issues such as pixel placement ads platform training and technical bugs
- Represent the needs of the Client Account Manager and advertisers to management and crossfunctional teams
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and support ongoing career development
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/Fluent in German and English both writing and speaking.
- Direct sales or account management experience is great to have but not a strong requirement
- Strong digital/social media marketing experience
- Knowledge of campaign optimization
- Strong understanding of performance and brand advertising metrics such as CPM SOV CPA Conversion Lift Brand Lift Reach & Frequency
- Expert skills with Excel and/or Google Sheets and delivering actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience creating reports and dashboards with multiple sources of data
- Understanding of digital measurement solutions
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships with Sales partners
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- QA mindset and high attention to detail
- QA experience or business analysis experience will be an advantage
