Our work environment includes:
Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping mopping dusting and vacuuming
Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
Empty trash and dispose of waste materials
Clean windows mirrors and other glass surfaces
Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as hallways and lobbies
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor
Skills:
Attention to detail: Ability to notice and address small details in cleaning tasks
Time management: Efficiently complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes
Physical stamina: Ability to stand bend and lift up to 40lb
Communication: Effective communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors
Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing schedules or tasks as needed
