Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Academics:
- Assist in delivering lectures practical sessions and tutorials for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Participate in curriculum development and improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and guide students in their academic pursuits and research projects.
Clinical Duties:
- Support clinical and practical aspects of physiologyrelated research and diagnostics.
- Collaborate with clinical departments for integrated teaching and case discussions.
Research & Publications:
- Conduct highquality research in the field of physiology and related areas.
- Publish findings in peerreviewed national and international journals.
- Present research at conferences and workshops.
Administrative Tasks:
- Assist in the organization of departmental events including workshops seminars and conferences.
- Contribute to departmental and institutional audits accreditations and other quality improvement activities.
Professional Development:
- Stay updated with advancements in physiology and medical education.
- Participate in faculty development programs and workshops.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills
Educational Qualifications:
- MBBS and MD/MS in Physiology from a recognized institution.
- Registration with the Medical Council of India or relevant state council.
Experience:
- Minimum of insert years if applicable years as a resident or equivalent in a recognized institution.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of human physiology and its clinical applications.
- Proficiency in teaching methodologies and student engagement.
- Research aptitude and publication experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
