PRODUCTION MANAGER WITH EXPERIENCE IN SIGNANGE,EXHIBITIONS OR INTERIOR FIT OUT INDUSTRY
Responsibilities
As a production manager with experience in events, exhibitions, or interior fit-outindustries, The role encompasses overseeing the entire production process, ensuringtimely delivery, managing resources efficiently, and maintaining high-quality standards.Here are some key responsibilities and skills typically associated with this role:
- Project Management: Coordinate all aspects of production, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget constraints.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to optimize production efficiency and meet project requirements.
- Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure that products or installations meet client specifications and industry standards. Conduct inspections and address any issues or deviations promptly.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and other vendors to procure materials and services required for production. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships to ensure favorable terms and timely delivery.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate production teams, including technicians, craftsmen, and subcontractors, to achieve project goals. Provide guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Communication: Maintain open communication channels with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to provide updates, address concerns, and resolve issues promptly. Keep all parties informed about project progress and any changes in plans.
- Problem-Solving: Identify potential obstacles or challenges during production and develop effective solutions to overcome them. Adapt to changing circumstances and make decisions quickly to keep projects on track.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices to create a safe working environment for all personnel involved in production activities.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenditures closely to control costs and maximize profitability. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate production processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Implement enhancements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall performance.

SALARY PACKAGE: BHD 600 + BHD 200/- accommodation allowance + transportation +medical insurance
Experience: Minimum 10 years
