Job Description
3 months contract with local authority
Duty Occupational Therapist Required on long term basis. Role is to cover Adult Social Care Duty Service: Screening of incoming referrals remote based/ telephone assessments for urgent needs; provision of minor equipment such as key safes commodes toilet seat raisers. Strong social care experience with at least 2 years recent experience in adult social care preferably with duty experience and some experience of major adaptations. May be required to complete some home visits on occasion. Minimum of 2 days in office with remote working an option on remaining days. 5 days per week Monday Friday 35 hours
