We are looking for passionate innovative selfdriven and customercentric
Product Manager to lead Storyous Product Strategy Strategic partnerships and
new market expansion. This role reports directly to the CTO and involves working
closely with the heads of all departments. In this role you will be expected to be
strongly research and data oriented in defining the Storyous product strategy
and key partnerships to win in new and existing markets.
This role will entail:
- Conducting customer and market research to inform roadmap choices and priorities.
- Defining innovative and advanced product solutions by incorporating Machine Learning and AI.
- Defining best in class Storyous offering for new and existing markets informed by detailed market analysis of target markets.
- Identifying and developing strategic product partnerships to provide a fully
- integrated eco system for our clients.
- Working with internal experts including tech sales CR security
- compliance tax legal and accounting teams to ensure products and
- services are secure compliant operational and fit for purpose.
- Defining strong business cases and success criteria for products and
- features.
- Owning key outcomes for the business (including defining and managing
- critical product KPIs)
- Working closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of new
- products and features based on the roadmap.
- Establishing and maintaining business and senior stakeholder review
- cadences
- Aligning with internal and external stakeholders to manage dependencies
- for product delivery
- Using data to identify ancillary opportunities that allow us to serve
- merchants better
Qualifications :
Your story
The successful candidate will be customerfirst in their approach mindset
extremely detail orientated and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast
paced organisation. The ideal candidate will have experience in product
management at a SaaS focused technologypowered firm with a proven record of
delivery.
- Experience and abilities we are specifically looking for include:
- Bachelors degree in a business or sciencerelated field
- 5 years of experience in product management
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and working closely with engineering
- teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to generate business
- and customer insights and develop value propositions.
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple / competing
- priorities simultaneously.
- Successful track record of delivering products
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Able to influence at all
- levels within the organisation using clear data and documentation
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Preferred experience
- Experience delivering SaaS in the hospitality industry.
