Job Description
We are looking for a Loan Solutions Consultant to join our Inetum Team and be a part of a work culture focused on innovation!
Location: Lisbon
Main Responsibilities:
- Follow operational procedures to meet SLAs and complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Conduct controls and risk assessments following procedures and risk mapping
- Analyze and integrate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Manage and prioritize queries directing them to the appropriate departments and escalate unresolved issues
- Extract and compile reports to support decisionmaking and oversight functions

Profile:
- Academic background in Accounting Economics Finance or similar
- 1 years of Banking Services or Operations experience
- Proficiency in MS Office specially Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Driven to team work
- Fluency in English
- Hybrid work office in Lisbon (1/2x per week)
