The Sales Compensation Analyst will serve as the main point of contact for all sales commission activities supporting the SportsEngine GotoMarket teams.
- In collaboration with key leaders help develop modify and implement sales compensation structures and incentive programs that align with company goals.
- Using advanced techniques analyze sales performance data and compensation metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Oversee sales compensation management systems and related reporting ensuring accurate calculations reporting clarity and timely distribution of commissions bonuses/SPIFs and sales contest payouts.
- In collaboration with HR and Legal teams ensure compensation plans comply with legal requirements and maintain policies and procedures documentation.
- Issue and track all commissionrelated documents to commissionable employees and managers; maintain all relevant commission plan templates and executed agreements.
- This role may be expected to support noncompensationrelated analysis projects as needed.
- A successful Sales Compensation Analyst will quickly build a deep understanding of the business and effectively communicate results and present recommendations to leadership team members.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
- 2 years experience with sales compensation/commission models data analytics data visualization or data aggregation with a preference for candidates with experience specific to the SAAS industry
- Bachelors degree with a concentration in Business Finance Human Resources or related fields; or equivalent experience
- Experience supporting Sales Compensation plans and commission structures
- Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries stored procedures and functions. Optimize existing SQL queries for performance and scalability.
- Proficiency in Excel including VLOOKUPs PivotTables and advanced analytical functionality.
- Experience collaborating with Human Resources Legal and Payroll teams
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred characteristics include being resultsdriven highly organized and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Preferred candidates will have bestinclass data skills including SQL Excel dataset manipulation and data visualization.
- Experience with CaptivateIQ and/or DocuSign a plus.

- This position has been designated as hybrid generally contributing from the Minneapolis MN office a minimum of three days per week.
