The Sr. Manager Entertainment Costuming is responsible for providing support direction and assistance to the Entertainment Costume Operations and Costume Fabrication teams. This includes overseeing and managing the staff and the day to day costume operations of multiple venues and/or areas as well as the fabrication and repair of costumes. Partner with the Entertainment Production team on the development of new costumes for marquee events new character development design intent changes and special projects. Ensure that the condition of all elements is of high quality and that quantity needs are met. Liaison with Intellectual Property holders vendors and internal partners on all issues related to Entertainment Costuming. Promotes positive guest and employee experiences by ensuring that all areas and aspects of the business are running at the optimum performance level. Ensure that the Universal Studios Hollywood vision mission & values and Guest Service Philosophy & Standards are understood and supported across the organization and partners closely with Costume Production.

General Knowledge and Skills Required: Manager Entertainment Costume Fabrication shall have the ability to read interpret and follow documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. The Manager shall be able to write reports business correspondence and procedure manuals. Manager will be able to effectively communicate present information and answer questions in oneonone and group settings.

Communicate performance goals and standards routinely so that company members understand expectations and how they are linked to organization and department vision values and goals.
