Job Description
Regular Weekly Duties:
- Attend weekly Marketing and team WIPs
- Prepare purchase orders updating PO trackers and sending invoices for payment
- Prize fulfillment sending out merchandise and prizing to winners
- General administration duties
- Preparing and sending film review reports
- Updating and maintaining key contact data bases
- Assisting in creating influencer strategy plans
Database Management:
- Update the media influencer and exhibition database to ensure contacts are most current
Events / Screenings
- General administrative and event support at screenings and premiere events
- Sending out screening invitations and compiling RSVPs and door list
- Central Diary booking management
Qualifications :
- Proficient in Outlook and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Well organized with great prioritization skills
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Excellent communication and a great team player
- Passionate about the film industry
- Currently undertaking university study in communications or marketing based discipline
