Patient Demographics: 90% Adult 10% Pediatric

Patient Volume: 15

95% scheduled 5% addons.

Surgeries per day: 26

Physician in Practice: 1

Support Staff: RN MA APP

Required to supervise other healthcare providers: Yes

Procedures:

General Otolaryngology

Endoscopic Procedures: Septal Sinus Bronchoscopy Laryngoscopy Tracheotomy

Office Equipment:

Olympus Flexible Scope ENFVQ

Cryotherapy (skin procedures)

Cautery unit (ValleyLab Force FX Electrosurgical Generator)

Zeiss OPMI Pico wall mount scope Three SMR carts

Welch Allen Tympanogram

Greer SPT skin prick testing Spirometry EasyOne Air

Beds in the Dept: 39

Lab & XRay on site

Trauma Level: III
