Job Description
As a Converged Digital Sales Planner you will be responsible for building linear & digital media plans and supporting the sales team in managing the daytoday agency/client relationships and sales processes in order to achieve company revenue goals. You will be a member of a highly motivated Digital Ad Sales team at NBCUniversal where account relationship building and customer satisfaction are keys to a successful candidate.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Team up with Account Directors to understand agency/client goals and objectives and brainstorm solutions
- Accountable for campaign results and providing clients with strategic and tactical guidance to achieve marketing objectives
- Combine data analytics and client feedback to configure operate and optimize campaigns to meet client objectives
- Work with all internal departments (Ad Ops Marketing Research Management Site Team etc.) on the development and implementation of client campaigns
- Create media plans that meet customer needs and maximize revenue for NBCUniversal
- Work closely with Planning Manager to tactically drive companywide goals and improve operational sales process
- Manage client relationships and deliver superior customer service
- Liaise with Ad Ops to ensure campaigns go live as expected
- Communicate with internal teams across planning inventory DSRs ASRs and Ad Ops to ensure campaign performance and help coordinate any needed escalations or resolutions with sales/client
- Ensure postcampaign research studies are properly coordinated where applicable
- Deliver campaign recap to ADs and/or clients summarizing performance
- Coordinate with Account Directors on development of renewal strategies based on client/program insights
Qualifications :
- Four year degree (B.A.B.S) or equivalent experience
- 1 years of online experience in linear and/or digital media planning or client service role
- 2 years of project media related projects
Desired Characteristics:
- Demonstrates project management skills
- Digital & Linear media Industry experience preferred
- Wellorganized and attention to detail
- Strong computer skills especially in Excel PowerPoint and Word
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Ad Serving software and tracking knowledge is a plus
- Strong analytical and creative skills
- A strong ability to perform independently and proactively while working in a team environment
- High energy and teamwork mentality is a must

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary range: $70000 $75000 (bonus eligible).
