Job Description

We are looking for talented and passionate person to join our Retailer Services team in Tallinn.   

Customer Service Representative

You will be responsible for consulting and servicing our clientele and selling NIQ services to FMCG retailers. You will assist clients in understanding retail trends advise and consult in optimizing their marketing strategies to help their business grow and develop. Training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and develop business relationships with retail chains understand their business and information needs.
  • Analyze and interpret sales data deliver insights.
  • Manage daytoday client requests.
  • Provide training to clients on NIQ tools and solutions.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor or university degree in Business Marketing Economics or related field.
  • 12 years experience or fresh graduate that is willing to learn and develop.
  • Experience in B2B sales would be a plus.
  • Business acumen and good knowledge of the market dynamics.
  • Analytical mind.
  • Confident.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Fluent in Estonian and English.
  • Strong team player.
