Home Care Assistant

We are currently seeking caring and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Assistants for day evening and weekend shifts. This role will involve you playing a crucial role in supporting seniors with their daily activities promoting their wellbeing and providing companionship.

Your Role and Responsibilities as a Care Assistant:

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing and grooming

Provide companionship and emotional support

Help with meal preparation and medication reminders

Assist with light housekeeping and errands

Support clients with mobility and physical activities

Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients conditions to the appropriate team members

Build strong trusting relationships with clients and their families
