Job Description
The Role:
As a Care Professional with Home Instead Charnwood you will play a key role in providing highquality personalised care to our clients. Youll be working closely with individuals in their homes offering support with daily tasks such as:
- Companionship: Building meaningful connections and offering emotional support.
- Personal Care: Assisting with bathing dressing grooming and toileting.
- Home Help: Supporting with light housekeeping meal preparation and errands.
- Medication Support: Assisting clients with taking prescribed medications.
- Promoting Independence: Encouraging clients to live as independently as possible while providing the care they need.
Locations: Syston Sileby Thurmaston Birstall East Goscote and surrounding areas
Availability: Weeknights & Mornings (Flexible Contract)
Qualifications :
What we are looking for:
- Caring and compassionate with a desire to make a positive impact.
- Reliable and flexible able to commit to working either weeknights mornings or both.
- Good communication skills and a genuine interest in building relationships with clients.
- A team player with a proactive attitude willing to go the extra mile.
- A full UK driving license and access to reliable transport is essential.
