How would you like a 4day working week with alternate weekends off

Flexible and Guaranteed Hours Contracts Available.

Thats why well carefully match you to our lovely clients helping support then to live safe happy independent lives in their own homes whilst offering caregivers a profession they can be proud of.

Roles are available for roughly 10 25 hours per week in the Bath & West Wiltshire area.  We do have Guaranteed hours contracts available and are happy to discuss our criteria for these with you. While we are flexible in terms of working days we are seeking Care Professionals with good availability on their working days such as early mornings evenings and alternate weekends.

When you work as a Care Professional no two days are the same just as no two clients are the same and we aim to provide the best possible care for each individual and treat them as if they are family.  If you like the sound of that or if you have been wondering for a while if you have the right personal qualities to become a successful Care Professional but have a few questions that you would like answered call us today onand ask to speak to Sally.


Qualifications :

Experience in supporting an older person in a professional or personal capacity is desirable and whilst we accept applications from qualified and nonqualified applicants all successful candidates will benefit from our awardwinning training.

You should also be:

  • Confident in the use of a mobile phone. 
  • Able to adapt to a persons individual needs.
  • Reliable trustworthy compassionate and have a passion for supporting others.
  • Available to work every other weekend to provide continuity of care.
  • Have a means of transport whilst clients are predominately cared for in their own homes they would like you to accompany them on appointments or outings and can live in remote areas.

THIS ROLE REQUIRES THAT THE APPLICANT RESIDES IN THE UK AND HAS THE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK.  We are not sponsoring VISA applications at this time.

  • 12.50 per hour for flexible contracts. 12.65 for guaranteed 25 hours contracts.

  • Regular working pattern with 1 hour minimum visits to regular clients.
  • Out of hours support from the Office team
