Job Description
Duties include:
- Provide Personal Care support to both male and female clients
- To support our Clients within their own homes with Home Help tasks such as light cleaning duties
- Provide Companionship support and to access the community where required
- Prepare and cook meals where required (support nutritional and dietary needs)
- Assist and administer medication (Full training will be provided)
- Complete daily notes within our Care Planning App
- Attend team meetings where require throughout the year
