Job Description
Join Home Instead Eastbourne and Hailsham as a compassionate Care Professional working our evening visits. Create comfort and support for people in your community offering companionship care and joy.
Responsibilities:
- Build enriching relationships with our clients through evening visits offering companionship and a listening ear.
- Create a homely environment by assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Help clients settle down for a peaceful night sharing in leisure activities such as reading or watching favourite TV shows.
- Assist clients with their night time routine so they are ready for bedtime.
Qualifications :
- No prior experience necessary; we offer the best inhouse training.
- Strong written and spoken English skills are required.
- You must have reliable transport for home visits shopping trips and various errands.
- Exceptional organisational skills and time management are vital.
- A genuine caring nature is essential with the ability to build trusting relationships.
