Job Description
Join our compassionate team of Care & Support Staff providing essential elderly care services in the Welwyn Hatfield community. Were looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about improving the lives of seniors in their own homes. As a Care & Support Staff member youll play a crucial role in helping our clients maintain their independence and quality of life.
- Assist clients with daily living activities including personal hygiene dressing and mobility
- Prepare nutritious meals and help with feeding when necessary
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients health conditions
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities using your own vehicle
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure optimal care
- Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes in condition
- Respond promptly to emergencies and implement appropriate safety measures
Benefits:
- Hourly rates of 12.00 per hour (averaging 14.00 per hour with benefits).
- Higher rates for evening and weekend hours worked.
- Paid travel time between client visits (some restrictions apply).
- Paid Travel expenses 0.30/ per mile 0.45/ per mile.
- All training hours paid at full rate.

Qualifications :
Essential Requirements:
Valid full UK driving licence own car.
Must reside locally and within our franchise area.
Must be prepared to work on alternate weekends.
Must have the Right to Work in the UK we are currently not licenced to offer sponsorship.
Additional Information :
We are also interested in LiveIn care professionals and as a Live In Care Professional you will be provided with 3 meals a day or an allowance from the client a separate room to stay and access to a TV and WiFi. In addition we offer comprehensive training and support and high rates of pay.
