Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional to join our team in Broadstone United Kingdom. As a Care Professional you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing nonmedical support services that enable them to maintain their independence in their own homes.
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene dressing and mobility
- Prepare nutritious meals and help with feeding when necessary
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Accompany clients to appointments and social activities
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment
- Monitor clients wellbeing and report any changes in condition to supervisors
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
As Care Assistants we receive:
- Competitive rates of pay of up to 14.25 per hour.
- Enhanced pay rate for NVQ Level 3 holders.

We are currently looking for candidates who can offer good availability including a mixture of mornings and evenings.
Every other weekend availability is a requirement
Qualifications :
- Genuine passion for caring and improving others lives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build trust
- Reliable and patient with a positive attitude
- Physically fit to assist with daily tasks and mobility support
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Eagerness to learn and undergo training
- Problemsolving skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Valid driving licence and own vehicle preferred but not required
