Job Description
As a Care Assistant youll be providing essential care and support to older adults in their homes. Your tasks will be varied and may include:
- Personal Care: Helping with daily hygiene routines dressing and mobility
- Meal Support: Preparing meals and assisting with feeding
- Medication Assistance: Helping clients manage their medications
- Companionship: Providing conversation company and emotional support
- Pet Care: Assisting with feeding and walking pets
- Social Outings: Supporting clients to enjoy trips appointments and social activities

What Were Looking For
You dont need formal qualifications or previous experience in care to join us we provide all the training youll need. However experience in a care setting or a passion for supporting older people would be beneficial. Whats most important is that you:
- Are compassionate and truly enjoy helping others
- Have a caring and respectful nature youll be building meaningful relationships with your clients
- Are reliable can commit to regular hours and have a good work ethic
- Can work every other weekend as part of the role
- Are comfortable working independently but also know when to ask for support
- Live within a reasonable distance of our office in Pewsey SN9
About Our Area
We cover a wide geographical area including Pewsey Devizes Marlborough Andover Amesbury Tidworth and surrounding villages. Access to a car is beneficial in order to access and care for clients in our area.
