Working with the Deputy Care Manager to ensure Home Instead care operations have outstanding compliance.
- Provide support to our Care Professionals in their day to day job
- Onboard new carers and introduce them to clients
- Carry out introductions every time a Care Professional is matched to a client for the first time
- Support supervise and mentor all Care Professionals
- Ensure all services are compliant with legislations CQC standards and regulations
- Ensure the recording of all necessary information clearly and legibly in line with record keeping policies and procedures
- Responding to queries from clients
- Deliver care calls as required in emergencies and gaps in rota
- Take a turn on a rota basis to manage the office oncall telephone support service.
- Continually review and improve processes to ensure the most effective and efficient service is being delivered
- Field Care Supervisors are expected to spend the majority of their working time in the community carrying out their primary functions but the role will also entail a certain amount of officebased administrative work according to business needs.
Qualifications :
Hold or be working towards minimum QCF/NVQ level 3 qualification in Social Care- Understanding of CQC assessment criteria for Outstanding scores
- Extremely well organised excellent planning and prioritising ability with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship building abilities
