Job Description
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Provide compassionate care and companionship to senior clients
- Assist with daily activities including light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Engage clients in conversation and activities to stimulate their minds and memories
- Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanour at all times
- Demonstrate excellent timekeeping and reliability
- Perform personal care tasks as required
- Adapt to varied daily routines and client needs
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
- Work Alternate weekends.
Note: No uniform is required but professional and tidy appearance is expected. Flexibility patience and a good sense of humour are essential for this role.
Qualifications :
No Experience Necessary as our outstanding award winning training will prepare you for the next steps all you need is a huge caring heart the ability to listen and make every visit count for the Client.
Some understanding of App based functions is useful as this will form your part of your training and your working client reporting.
